Is there actually any advantage to the LEDs for side lights?
I can't imagine that the power consumption has much impact on anything?
Presumably they last longer - so no blown bulbs.
Brightness, I presume is no better - or am I wrong on that?D4 XS MY12 Galway

Mine are definitely brighter than the rubbish bulbs I took out.
They should last longer. Power consumption would be lower.

Need to ditch the yellow light provided by the H7 high beam to something that matches the xenons and ideally provide more light.
So which are the best colour match?

same here....if you have the original filament bulbs in the sides,they just look like you have a dodgy battery ie they look yellow,weak and nasty (in my opinion ) .......and if you have Xenon mains,the led's complement them nicely in colour output "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
