I've used the Hatchbag (as mentioned by Slimer above) many times in previous vehicles. They are very good. It depends on the car and fixings, but sometimes they can use too many sticky velcro tabs which to come unstuck over time, but appart from that the product is excellent.
The D3 versions looks great.

I use a Dog bag now, which is even better.....but as you say, no good for you with so many dogs.

Yeh I'm thinking could put James in with Fergus and Molly in with Archie.

Senior Scottie dog Saunders in the back seat as he to old for all that nonsense of sharing.

So would two large dog bags fit in the back of the D3

I sense that you are not really a dog person!!! Wink One of my puppies got snipped last Thursday so thought of a razor would bring tears to his (and my) eyes! Shocked

Does any one know if you can still use the loadspace cover with the loadspace liner (either landrover one or hatchbag)

Picture of the hatchbag one doesn't look like it will fit ..but i may be wrong.

Trying to decide which one to get as i carry a lot of tools...once in there they shouldn't slide about ....so any suggestions would be appriciated

I think I got them (LR load liner & cover) to fit at one stage but it was a bit of bodging & the cover was not holding in place very well. Now just have the moulded load tray in with dog guard & no load cover

the hatchbag one doesnt come as standard with the bits that go over the storage compartments etc. so you should still be able to have the loadspace cover fitted. Give them a call theyre a helpful lot.

I get 6 whippets in my Lintran cage, they now do one made to exactly fit, you can have partions put in too. As the doors lock you can leave them in it with the back up - no one in their right mind is going to nick a beardie (a good friend shows them and they are all as mad as hatters)

Just got a hatchbag fitted to my disco ..great piece of kit .

Went to pick it up on Friday and they fitted it for me aswell.
They also cut out a couple of sections for the loadspace cover to fit in.
All in all a very pleasant experience and a nice protected boot space aswell.

Very Happy

sections cut out for loadspace cover

Avaliable in grey or black.

Wiggs,

It is easy to remove or just remove the base section if you want to use the 3rd row seats?

He took about 3/4 hr to fit it ...sticking all the velcro etc in right places.

Then he removed the top sections (ones on the top sides that cover the cubby boxes) in about 1 min .
The other part is all in one ...i havent removed it yet ( i was making sure the velcro had time to bond) but i would say a couple of mins at most.

I will try it out and let you know for deffinate ..but it will have to be Tuesday as im working in Scotland till then.

Tryed it today ..and yes can be removed in less than a couple of mins..the top parts can be left in place (although i took them out too) and you can still use the seat belts
