It's a whole new supply system Wiggs
The problem with the old way was in the event that just a few new ones were added we either had to re compile the original Zips or make endless add on patch Zips for just newer files.
Now customers can choose all VBF's, just newer ones or only those of particular interest.
The FFL, as always indicates what is available for download, versus what you have installed so you can easily tell if you need to add any new ones to what you already have.

BBS_SPY - how about releasing an updater for your Faultmate FCR that is fully compatible with Windows 7
There is not one laptop in our household running XP any more.
I have got the updater to work on Windows 7 but it's very hit and miss Now an ex-D3 owner after 7 happy years. Miss the car but not the big bills

Hiya Baben
As previously stated, activating Nav on Move on any 2010 on vehicle is only going to be possible when we implement flash programming for these vehicles, which is still some way off on our agenda, although i have to say finishing the 1.29 bought it forwards by a quantum leap
The CCF editing part is already done as you know.
Albourneboy,
As you note, the FCR updater program does work under all windows versions, but has some problems on some PC's we have been unable to track down. This native USB stuff is pretty tricky stuff. On some PC's it works sometimes but not others, on some, not at all, and on some, always without any problem. It's likely a software driver / timing issue, or related to the USB hardware of any given PC.
The low priority of solving this problem is due to the extremely rare requirement customers have to actually use it. IE;
1) The FCR software has proven to be so robust and correct from initial release that no software upgrade has ever required to be produced for any model. IE if it covers a D3, then there is no upgrade that adds, or fixes anything for it. Later software versions will only have coverage for other models added which will likely be older vehicles as we kinda worked backwards on this.
2) The only other requirement would be in a re licensing to a different vehicle, which is very rare and in the less than half a dozen cases has been achieved without problem.

Don't worry, you need to learn how to walk before you try running. Once you are up and running, then you can think about the flying bit

Pete - no worries. Its actually not as bad as I first thought (but then I am a computer programmer, so it feels familiar).
Already got cruise control, 3-flash indicators and reverse follow-me home lights working on the first day!
Now to see what else I can do 2001 D2 GS (I must be mad!)
2005 D3 S 10-12 (gone and missed)
