Have you checked the wire connection under the passenger door foot trim? - open the front passenger door and there is a trim that runs the full length along the bottom, it's held with clips, just lift it up and look for a spliced connection with three wires joined together, you may have to "dig" for them amongst other cables, they are a known cause of you faults.
Do a site search for more info

Already checked the 3wire splice
All I did was change the dam car battery
So it looks like I've found the problem now I've just got to find out where the problem is .

Might be a daft suggestion but could it be the new battery? Worth a try putting the old one back in to see what happens?

The CL receiver module is behind the front roof lights above rear view mirror if that helps. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
