Please help.
After fixing a sticky turbo actuator, which included taking the battery and surround out, I now get a new error. B1213 
Have reset the code, but it just comes back on.
Have also disconnected the battery and connected +ve and _ve cables together.
Checked all the cables under the seat.
Checked as many fuses as possible.
First time I have been unable to fix an issue.
