Autoglym Lifeshine

Not being that keen on cleaning the car, living up a dirt track and owning a black disco...........................thinking about this as a short cut to prolonging the shine.
Any thoughts?

TBH, you're better off getting your local Kosovan Kar Wash to give it the once over every couple of weeks. Snake oil, IMO.

autoglym not gonna help here

but if u live up a dirt track why worry at all ?

or get a pressure jet and a long wash brush and soapy bucket -15 mins tops

quick jet off, quick wash all over with soapy brush , rinse, drip dry

Autoglym , gard-ex etc are all pretty much the same.

Had a couple of cars done by the dealers & then started looking at cheaper / better ways of doing things
You can buy a good wax & sealer system yourself & then just give it a good jet wash as others have said...

I use this a product called Klasse all in one followed by their Sealant Glaze once or twice a year. Just as good if not better & much cheaper Very Happy

Beg to differ, but I reckon that AG Lifeshine does help - in the same way as any other paint sealer.

However, there's no way I'd pay someone else to apply it. Especially not some minimum wage car wash operative who won't give a flying fig if they swirl your paint.

Buy the lifeshine pdi kit off the bay, apply, follow up with AG SRP, then all that mud will slip off like slurry off a grapefruit Thumbs Up

You don't like your car then Censored

Worst type of washing out there are these hand car washes there's a reason why they are quick

Aggressive chemicals and over powered jet washes Censored

Get a load of demon shine, I use it on my ff and other cars and it stops the normal road muck from sticking so much to the rear panels as much and means a quick wash with the ag shampoo and woollen mitt had it looking good again quickly.

Or use local hand car wash and every 2 yrs get it detailed...
