Auto dip mirrors not working

Help required please as I have finally got my memory seat upgrade finished yippee, have used the Idd tool and turned on mirrors memory seat types but the mirrors don’t dip in reverse looked up in the book everything is as should be in settings and all so any help would be appreciated

Yes this option is ticked memory seats working fine just mirrors even put in reverse set the position manually in reverse and drive but not playing nicely

I have checked all the settings everything is turned on as should be , so I disconnected the battery for five minutes reconnected and started car put in reverse and the mirrors dipped whilst in reverse set them to where I wanted and went for a drive mirrors stayed dipped set them and tried in reverse nothing it’s baffling me so any help would be appreciated Bow down

Hi, iv got a se tech and have also done the electric memory seat install, I also don’t have the auto dip in reverse function, I also posted that I can’t get it to work and was told that function will not work just by enabling it, the se tech & xs must be missing something, sorry couldn’t be more help.
 2015MY discovery 4 se tech with factory black pack.
With added
Rse, tv, electric memory seats, rear camera, heated steering wheel,
Headlight dip assist, remote FBH, led door light pack,easy lift kit,osram front fog/drl/active cornering lights. and whatever els I can find to do,

My mirrors dipped when I put it in reverse but didn’t reset in drive and didn’t dip again
