Does anybody happen to know who the approved windscreen company are that is used by Adrian Flux Insurance?

Looks like I'll be having the Optikool run around discussion this week.

Do they not offer products from several Insurers so could be down to the particular policy you hold?

Windscreen replaced with a Pilkingtons Optikool by Auto Windscreens this afternoon.
Fitter said they fit PO as standard but he's never been asked before.

I don't believe they replaced the side trim clips but I can live with that.
They did refit my Blackvue however using a 3M pad. Top job.

Glad you got satisfaction. I left Privilege after battling with them on 3 windscreen claims over 2 years. Took weeks to sort out and the last one I had to pay for myself then submit a claim. Final straw was a side window which they made clear they weren't going to make another exception for while the fitter was waiting to proceed. I relented on that occasion as I could not wait, but cancelled the renewal later that day.

Silver lining was I went through A-Plan and ended up saving loads on my car and home insurances. VR6 > 330D Touring > D3 HSE > !?XC90?!
