Apple car play in D4




Hi I am going to attempt to fit a Sony apple car play in to my 2011 D4
Has anyone fitted a Sony model in theirs and is there any ISO kits available to save cutting into the wires

I’m more intreaged how it will fit in the dash


A kit for a basic D3 may fit the D4 headunit connector, with some mods.
Also consider if it would be long enough.

Orange wire at a guess is for illumination.

Usually you need to supply an ignition feed. Not sure

At a guess, I would say you have 85cm depth in the dash

But you would need a custom bracket
