Has anyone taken off the Land Rover lettering on the hood? Any links to pics would be great. I just want to make sure that the lettering is a decal and not emblems that would leave holes in the hood. FYI for you always mod-bashing types, I want to remove it to put an invisibla bra on the front.

They are stuck-on decals, not pinned badges. Best bet to remove them is a hair dryer and then some dental floss or fishing line to remove the adhesive 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
Any issues with the site let me know!

I tend to never remove my invisible bra, I need the support. You guys have to stop making me laugh at work, the pencil-pushers are watching.

Lettering fully removed on mine - front and back - always like the smoothed look instead of all the lettering, plus a pain to polish around
and one of the back just for good measure.....
It is a doddle to do - just a bit of fishing wire, then a bit of polish to get rid of the little bit of the double sided sticky tape that holds them on, and finished - probably took about 10mins to both the front and back

Like DW , I always remove mine before i go to bed
Due to the "invisible" nature of it , its very hard to find in the morning when you get out of bed .
Im sitting here in my wifes one today as I could not find my one this morning and was late for work.

Barry , Maybe I should put this in the Tips n Tricks section :
If you cant find your invisible bra in the morning folow these easy steps :
Run down to kitchen larder and retrieve A) bag of flour or any fine grained powder ( carefull not to get it mixed up with you know what )
B)Run back to the bedroom.
C) Throw a fistful of into the air
D) Wait for flour to settle for a few moments.By this stage the flour should have settled on the invisible bra giving it a fine coat of white powder et VOILA ..... making it easily visible.
Providing you have undressed in the bedroom in the first place.
Fridays .....can get away with posting any kind of crap
