I’ve just had the white retainer that sits in the bumper,for the clips to fasten to, fall out and break. Any ideas where I can get some more?

Everyone loves a good thread refresh!
I got around this problem (coincidentally in about Decvember 2016) by removing the electrics cover using a coin and simply never ever refitting it.
Problem solved!
Now that I have burned out that discovery, I actually have a spare cover - soon to be joined by the cover from the current disco D3 07 SE - still going strong
D3 07 HSE - gone to car heaven
FL1 - gone to Romania
D3 05 HSE - gone to a divorce diet
D1 V8 manual - gone but not forgotten
RR Classic - gone to car heaven
Jeeps, Lexus, X-trails... Too many to name..

Why who wants to drive round with the cover off when electrics are not in use, think it just looks like you were too lazy to put it back on or have lost it.==================================

I used to be, very, very mad when I came to take the cover off and couldn't find a coin to fit and when I did I then had to get on my hands and knees in the dark to take the cover off, not any more with this simple Mod I can take the cover off blindfolded, no wonder the covers got thrown away. If you come across any site users suffering remorse at their discarded cover.. I have one (maybe two - when and if I need to take the other cover off) for sale D3 07 SE - still going strong
