I wonder if the builder has replicated the independent rear suspension, or put a live axle on as a load carrier? Looks great though.

I used to work at RAE Farnborough, and the fire service there had 6x4 Range Rover fire engines. Always fancied a 6 wheeler. Richard

I think they are the same vehicle, just the top photo had a modular unit fitted - but I could be mistaken. Mind you that would make it even more impressive if it is capable of dual use. LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Would it be capable of towing that trailer?... wonder what the mpg would be towing it If it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works

It is MrH, it's a demon table box to allow fitting of a 5th wheel for the trailer, I assume it has an air brake of assisted system too.

Made much the same for emergence services was a d3 but i heard they did a d4 which could be full time 6x6 / the rear body is the same...
