Has anybody had dealings with powerful_uk_ltd
Hi, I bought some Disco 4 style Black LED rear lights for my Disco 3. Wanted some for ages.
So I took the plunge & bought some from
"powerful_uk_ltd" from their ebay store.
After 2 missed delivery's I collected them from the Couriers depot myself.
I hurried home & fitted them. They seem very very cheap & I'm not to confident on how long they will last.
As soon as I switched my side lights on - the N/S/R top light had several LED's that don not illuminate!
I thought they seemed quite a reputable company, I've watched several of their videos on YouTube.
Any one else had any dealing with them.
I wish that I'd have checked their feedback first...
EGR pipes blocked & refitted.
Butterfly valve removed.
Dash clock.
3 flash indicators.
Xenons with Cornering lights.
De-tangoed with Side marker lights.
Tinted windows.
'See me home' lights front & rear.
Cruise & Audio controls fitted.
Remote start FBH.
New belts & Oil pump upgrade.
Full length roof bars.

never had a problem with them in several years of FL2 and Evoque dealings, and the stuff ive got off them for my D4 has been spot on.
notice you have a D3 but have bought the D4 LED 2014 style lights.... do you need to the resistors for them? I believe if you upgrade a D3 rear lights to D4, you need the resistors as the D3 has standard bulbs with more current draw than LED so the D4 lights may not function correctly and/or throw up canbus errors ?2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten

Can't fault them, even when the wong colour letters were sent out, the correct ones arrived the following day.
One of the best tinternet companies to deal with.

I'm really disappointed with Powerful uk.
I had issues with their courier of choice DX delivery who did I NOT deliver the package even though someone was home both days & didn't even leave the obligatory 'missed' delivery card on either occasion.
Then the n/s/r LED lamp was faulty, only showing half a ring of the LED's when the tail lights were illuminated.
They did however swap the faulty light unit, which I fitted straight away after receiving it Fri 28 Feb 2020.
It's now Sunday 1 March 2020. I washed the car this morning, I then noticed that the replacement LED lamp has water condensation in it...
Looks like I have bought cheap chinese copy lamps!
I am so not happy!

I’ve found that PowerfulUK are very clear in their descriptions whether a part is genuine LR or an aftermarket copy. Regarding the light cluster, the genuine item is manufactured by Valeo.
