Well, car went in for sevrice today and a few minor problems after I noted a slight knowck on the steering....
Lower joints, top sterring something or other and 'Oh have you seen this leak!' Rear diff oil seal as decided to disassociate itself from the rest of the car, so oil out over my spare tyre. Was fine Monday night when I changed all the wheels over.
Thankfull as I managed to limp into Yeovil with this problem , LRA have arranged for a Ford Mondeo today, but will have a FFRR tomorrow before I head back up norf!
Nick has been great, supplying me with a TDv8 RRS (whic I found to be really REALLY nice!) as well as wifi access and endless coffee as well as making sure the technicians are on the case with my repairs. Those two packs of dounts I brought in must be paying offf
To be fair, All of the team there have been great. Was REALLY nice to be welcomed with hello Mr Bodsworth from someone I'd never even met before as I came through the door two hours late!
Very quick and very organised (at least from my view, which is what counts!)
I had the option of driving the car home for the WTY work to be done, but at least with Nick badgering the Tech's, I know I'll get a good job done
Might even bump into Character tomorrow Bodsys Brake Bible

You'd be lucky to get a 307 for a couple of days here ......... more likely , just left to get
a taxi home to begin the long long wait for parts.

doughnuts? That's upping the ante that is. Biscuits have always been good enough in the past...... I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Saw Character as he sped(??) out of Yeovil in his Lightweight.
Had just managed to swap the Mondeo for a Rangie
About the Rangie....
+ Love the Engine
+ love the MP3 Track/Album information on the screen
+ love being higher than the Mondeo
+ all the vogue gadgets
- paintwork terrible, dull and lacklustre
- It's quite errrr.... Boring/old fashioned inside
- rear window wiper is upside down, so the last bits of window wash always dribble down
- it had hardly any fuel in it!
But hey ho, it's got me back home in time for my meeting Bodsys Brake Bible

I know Nick is out of the dealership a fair bit so might be worth asking to speak directly to Doug or Alan on the service desk. As long as you mention the Disco3 discount they'll book you in accordingly I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
