Has it possibly occurred to you that the filming only started once the incident began because it takes a minute to get your phone out to start filming I would be more skeptical if they had it ready from the start.
....I read somewhere that this was over the guy in the car in front not driving through the lights quickly enough and angry man offering words of advice.

@DG. Yes, it did occur to me. By the time the guy shows what was filmed, its going on for several minutes. Strange he start filming when other persons arrive who might testify in favor of the old guy..
Did that occur to you ? Go to youtube and search for dooped or goofed..
