Thing is : what happened before to make him angry ? Looks to me like a calm person, while even when the policeman starts pulling & pushing he just pulls away...
No shouting, ranting spitting or biting... from the old guy 
Be ware that youngsters nowadays provoke people just to film them reacting...
Imagine they stand still next to each other and the guy makes obscene gestures to the [ young?]
daughter, or shouting through an open window...
I wouldn't be surprised if something like this is behind it..

Thats my point exactly : the old guy gets filmed and his behaviour looks awfull.
But one just doesn't get out a car and walk over to get someone's glasses...
Unless offcourse the other one is SWMO bringing your glasses after you..

You missed the bit where Mr BullyBoy shouts "who are ya?" at the copper after the copper showed him his warrant card and explained who he was. Typical fighting shout.
Old Mr BullyBoy picked the wrong fight at the wrong time. Probably usually gets away with it because of his size and aggressive attitude. At the start boy should have wound the window up on his neck. Then see how short of breath he was then.
We all get annoyed at other drivers but really the second you get out of your car to go and remonstrate with another driver that is the time you need to seek professional help for your anger issues.

@Rmacaul. In my younger years if someone got out of his car they ran back, jumped in and locked the doors,
after they realised how big I am when I started to get out too... ...very amusing stuff... 8)
As I said, whn I was younger. Nowadays this SO#'s keep guns in their cars and just shoot through your windows "gansta" style... 
I have a dashcam and simply post it with the police when I'm back home...
