Yes it was the Red Pearl but alas I am in the office today. Carl was driving (safely I hope) He is popping up to Glasgow to check a tank out, should take him all of 10 minutes when he gets there. Then he will be driving home.In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Only the second time in 10 years iv seen them building one, there normally finished when i get there(and full hopefully) to commission the fire pumps !!!

I quoted to do that one last year and yes its still leaking and has been for some years now. The thing is sprinkler tanks are not on water meters so there is no incentive for the end users to get them fixed. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

There is a brand new B&Q in Inverness.Just being finished off .I was there yesterday but no electric so a nice 7 hr drive for nothing.
They will have even less incentive now that there is a new store opening ...unless there gonna keep the old one open aswell.G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Have you lot never heard of short haul flights?
the carbon footprint, I am not driving to Norwich 8)
Got out of bed at 7am. Taxi to Manc Airport, 8.45 sat on plane drinking coffee, read the paper. 9.50 walk off plane at Norwich International, straight to Hertz desk, pick up keys to a piece of 10.45 arrive at Gorleston to commence the job. Fly home tomorrow.

I do sometimes fly if its a small job ...but with a whole pump house to commission including 2 diesel fire pumps i have to carry a lot of tools / spares.
I would rather fly than drive ..athough its nice sometimes to take in the views ..iv been to Inverness 4 times in the last 3 weeks ...
But then i couldn't have done this in a plane
About 5.30 this morning had a little look up a lane off the A9 and found these great views...oh and a few deer aswell G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
