AMK Compressor - Missing part / What is used for ?
Hello dear colleagues,
I return with a quick question about the AMK compressor. The AMK compressor that I have, and that I intend to fit to my DISCO 3, it seems to be missing a small part. I took some photos from another compressor and I marked with a red rectangle the missing part/piece. On mine, it looks like it was cut or removed somehow from that 90 degrees point, and there is just a small round orifice in that place instead. It was maybe broken ? I am not sure what that is used for. Inlet or outlet for the air, or something similar ? Should something be plugged in there when the compressor will be mounted on the car ? By the way, I plugged in and tested the compressor, and it does not pull or push air through that orifice. Any additional information would me much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
