AMK compressor cover

Wrong section - I've posted in D3! One day I'll have a D4!!

Having fitted a nice new AMK compressor I notice the original LR cover won't fit back on.
The web site states it's not needed but would be good to have some form of cover.
Has anyone done a mod on the cover so it will fit? Or any other suggestions like throw it away and don;t worry. Sad
