2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Manual Zermatt SilverDiscovery 3
Altox WBUS-4 adding a switch to start

Hi,

So i want to add a switch on the outside of my D3 to control my heater when im out of mobile signal. Having read up and looked at the manual a bit i've got my self a momentary water proof switch for the outside (not bothered about LED indicator) which i believe i wine the pink wire too.

The thing i cant workout for sure in the manual is do i provide a 12v feed or a earth to the other side of the switch? Seems very unclear so just seeing if somebody else has actually done this in the past?

Many thanks

Pete.

Answered my own question, needs 12v to the pink wire to start.
