more than likely user error, I'll confess, as I hadn't logged on to the server for weeks (if not months) .... but I did so yesterday and tried to show my trips over last week.
It would still be sat there saying "please wait" if I'd left it ... although I didn't do that, instead trying different periods of time to show.
"Report" works, so the data is on the server, but that's just how far / how long in a text table and no indication of where i traveled.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong before i embarrass myself and ask the guys at Altox ?.

I presume you have the GPS version and the sim has credit?
On my Iphone I go to 'Navigation' which gives me current location, click 'To Map' and 'select date range' enter your dates and hit the map.
You should get a fairly detailed route of where the vehicle has been?
it's keeping track as far as i can tell .. sending a status request results in a text with link to exact location in Google maps.
Maybe it's an issue with new MS Edge ?
is anyone viewing it on Chrome browser ? (new MS Edge is written in Chromium, like Chrome is).

Just tried it on my PC on Chrome and works ok
I will try my laptop which has Edge

strange....mine works on Microsoft edge on the works desktop but the maps are hit and miss if they display (well it is windows 10 pro) but all the history is there?

... in trying to fix it, i managed to clear my registered IMEI details and it won't add them back as it knows it's already got that device listed somewhere.
it will be the only solved issue I've stumbled into today .... wonder how he's fixed for sorting Santander ? by the time I'd been on hold for about 20 mins and the guy I was speaking to conceded there was an urgent issue, everyone else had gone home and he couldn't escalate it. [/rant]
had word back from Altox ... the issues found mean they will wait until a major update in September to release the fixes.
In the meantime, if you need to look at history and it's not working for you then try an alternative browser..
