ALTOX Navigation Map not opening?
The map/location of my Altox Sim Card has been very useful in the past but has for some reason stopped working.
When I click on the "To Map" icon I now get a white screen with the car locator marker in the dead centre of the completely white screen?
I have tried reinstalling app to no avail.
Anybody had this and found a solution?
Note: The app connects to heater and starts/stops it as normal so sim is working.
PS: In the screen with Current date, Time, Satellites No., Speed & Address it says "Address not defined"
Finally should it be set to GPS-GLONAS or GSM-LOCATION.
Its on GPS GLONAS at the moment but neither work re the map as it did.
ALso its set to WBUS-5 GPS is this the right setting there are 8 other choices....

WBUS-5
And is working ok

All working again now the SIM needed topping up which is a palava as sim is in car not phone and needs taking out etc but all topped up and working again now

Actually Map still not working Routes covered in a date to date selection are shown on a white background rather than the normal map! Any ideas?

So you can see you past travels in Map Format?
I just wondered if I needed to change setting to "GSM-LOCATION" but I dont think so. It seems to know where I have gone but the map bit behind the route is missing!
