My alternator has failed to charge my battery 2 days ago after a long trip to Bahrain, the charging voltage will not go more than 11V ! even the radio is running on low battery mode when the engine is running!
I have tried to charge my (almost new) battery but the voltage will drop to about 10V after 2-3 starts. Car is out of warranty, so I don't mind to change it by myself if it needs to, I have a good experience in cars maintenance.
But is there anything I can do insteed of changing the alternator? what do you think the cause of this failure?

As CaverD3 says, get the alternator checked.
By the way, I think that your English is better than CaverD3's.

Check and or replace the battery if original, mine never lasted more than 2-3yrs in the Saudi heat, some battery faults wil pull down a perfectly good altenator. Cheers
