We're still testing, and in no real rush to finish it, even though we've had a lot of enquiries! We've had one of our systems on a D3 since early this year, and we've tried loads of combinations of silencers, cat pipes, tail pipes to try and find the optimal.
The design breif was to have removable tail pipes, but this has caused problems when viewing the exhaust from the side of the car, as the tail trims come down as if from nowhere, and they look odd. The look is good from the rear of the car, but that's not good enough. The current system fitted to the car is a 3 silencer system hidden away, just like the standard system, but the sound is fabulous on the outside, yet still quiet on the inside. Refinement is important on a car like this, hence our fanatical attention to detail.
Interestingly, with outward facing tail pipes, there is more cabin noise than with downward facing tails. I actually like the current system, as you can't see it, but you can most certainly hear it!!!  Remaps | Samco Hoses | Intercoolers | Sports Exhausts | Sports Suspension

I suppose I could nudge it up the priority list, so just sit tight for now. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the standard system on your car, that warrants such urgency?! Remaps | Samco Hoses | Intercoolers | Sports Exhausts | Sports Suspension

I,ve spoken to MILTEK in the past and they were keen to make up a D3 system !
They needed a vehicle to use as a template which kind of hindered my descision to go down that route.
I have had a MILTEK exhaust on an RS4 and can honestly say it was one of the best engineered systems i have seen.
Thats not to say that the Twisted one will not be all i am saying is that there may be an alternative out there ?

This is exactly what I am not going to do! As I said earlier, our D3 system is being tested and tweaked all the time, to make sure it delivers in all areas, without unwanted booming in the cabin. Exhausts take a while to coke up, and this makes them louder. I have to give every silencer change a few thousand miles to bed in before getting the SPL meter out to measure the noise levels.
Anyone can make an exhaust that fits a vehicle, as thats the easy part. Engineering it to be the best it can be is time consuming and costly, but like everything else we do, it will pay off in the longterm. 
Our exhausts have a good pedigree as well, as they're made in the same factory that make the original systems for Bowler, Radical, and Morgan, as well as for several big name (non land rover) tuning companies. Remaps | Samco Hoses | Intercoolers | Sports Exhausts | Sports Suspension

Orderd it on Friday at 1412hrs & it arrived at 0920hrs the next day, super fast
Have finally got around to plugging it in and playing with it, so easy to navigate through.
