Hi Peter,

Yes I agree with you, used to always end up with oil drips from vehicles that have not been run for a while. It does appear that the manufactures have dropped the little detail from their manuals.

I don't leave it running all the time - tha fuel consumption is bad enough and this is Scotland - we only need it once or twice a year. Laughing

leave it on Econ - I think it runs the compressor at 5% normal duty so doesn't use much but keeps it working!

I normally run it on Econ but I did not know it actually ran the compressor

Assumed Econ was the other way of saying OFF Laughing

Anyone confirm this either way Question
