Air suspension not filling reservior.

Hi, just took the D3 the a garage today, as have been having problems with the air suspension coming up with errors.
30 or so seconds after starting the car, you'd get the "normal height only" message, which would clear on engine restart, or buy FCR. (error was "pressure increases too slowly when filling reservior")
If I reset the fault by the FCR, I noticed the air compressor came back on to try to fill the reservior.
So thought I'd take it to a friends garage for him to have a look at what might be leaking. He found the two small pipes coming out of the compressor from the front were leaking.

Are these just normal push fitting type comnnectors, like on fuel pumps? as he didnt want to take em off only to bust the connectors and have to fit a new compressor!

Its the ones circled.

Yes bud you press the brass coller in and the pipes should pop out, but all the ones I have worked on have been stuck in you need to spray with plenty of WD40 and gently try and move them by twisting them. Failing that cut the pipes and this allows you to turn the pipes fully which helps to remove them, then just rejoin the pipes with some quick fit push on connectors.

Its not the pipes with the brass collers, its the other side, with the plastic coller ones, are they as simple, or do they break easy?
