hi
just currently finishing off replacing the passenger side and both new drop links
i did replace the drivers side first and noticed a lot of difference already , haven’t dropped it back on it’s wheels yet to see what it’s like with both done , waiting for a new pushfit coupling for the FBH fuel line that i found was leaking
will indeed be able to give u a better update this or next week as i’ve got some more work to do , replacing rear valve block and air compressor silencer assembly and then give it a decent test drive
all in all though am very happy if anything is to go by when i done the drivers side
will update once all done
where’s about in London are u please

update
all finished now and took it for a test drive , wow, just wow , what a massive difference just replacing the front struts and drop links
also fitted a new rear valve block , what a pig that was , found the trick was a small 12mm spanner for the pipe connectors , so that’s all 3 x valve blocks now replaced, reservoir tank and compressor ,
just the rear upper wishbones and service to do now
very pleased with the dunlop’s , originals lasted nearly 100,000 miles, replaced them as the passenger side strut was leaking , so replaced as a pair
going to leave it for a few weeks to settle then recheck heights

Mine is in getting the body off and along with a few other bits.
It’s getting 4 Dunlop’s fitted to it.
Mine have done 174,4** miles. It’s also got full roof rack, sliders, Prospeed full under armour so it’s carrying a few extra kg’s over a stock unit.
Looking forward to the change in ride. And the new turbo, and the new glow plugs, and full belts and pumps, and power steering pump, and tdv8 brake servo, and rebuilt front diff being quiet.
I’m away for a lie down now. This bill has me sweating.

hi
i’ve come out in a cold sweat just reading that and i’m not paying the bill
at least the end of the day it will be all done and dusted
must admit would be awesome if i was able to have the body lifted and having the chassis on my drive so could go through everything in one hit and having plenty of room

This is the final parts cannon salvo at it.
Sorted the injectors and autobox last year.
Wishbones abs brakes have been sorted.
Has BAS map and 500 IC.
Throw in the D4 heated flappy paddle wheel and BT kit and I’m 7-8/10s to a D4 in spec and grunt.
But then this lot of work is less than a years payments on a used D4.
