Afternoon Tiffin

Following the rather vulgar opening of a “Coffee Shop” on the forum I have decided that we should have a better class of establishment more befitting of our status as D3 owners.

Afternoon Tea will be served from 4.00pm in the Tiffin Lounge with a selection of fine teas and appropriate sweet delicacies served using our best china for the more discerning members.

Please, no open necked shirts and jackets must be worn at all times. Dirty fingernails will not be tolerated digging in the Tiffin Tin on the sweet trolley.

We do not serve Yorkshire Tea or anything that resembles it.

We do not permit dunking of any food stuff in our teacups or slurping, nor drinking from the saucers.

Martin and his Team of Mods have their own alcove and we request that you do not stare or point at them while they indulge in their complimentary Tiffin.

Please remember this is not a “Coffee Shop” and behave with due decorum at all times and sit up straight, slouching is very bad for you!!

FFRR and RRS owners must park at the rear and use the Tradesman’s entrance and preference will be given to D3 owners for seating.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone with facial hair or a “comb over”. Shocked

What's this? Competition? Oh no! Here we go again....

"My shop is better then your shop"
"No it's not!"
"Yes it is"
"No it's not!"
"Yes it is! And stop saying that or I'll slap you with a wet tea towel!"
"Go on, then! Give me your best slap!"
...

Right. I am not one to pick sides and I intend to stay completely impartial on this subject (especially as I hate the vulgar, disgusting, incontinence-inducing, hag-brew you lot call tea), but.... Lynch THEM!!!!

Mike,

Good luck with the Tiffin shop. I for one am very pleased that you've opened it. I've found somewhere I can send SMWBO while I run the coffee shop. Good luck mate.
