Adding an RSS feed

Trying to add a Disco3 RSS Feed to my homepage.
I used to have it on my old homepage but cann't get it loaded on my new page.

But whether I type in or cut n paste the URL I get the message
"Please enter a valid URL and try again"

What am I doing wrong ?

Confused ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧
