Adding Rear Screens

Hi - I have a D4 with TV function in the main unit. What I'd like to know is what is required in order to add screens in the rear headrests. Is it possible, is it practical and is it worth doing?!

I have them in my D5, and find them pointless. Only used them maybe 4 times in the 3 years I have had the D5
