Adaptive lights

Noticed last night that the adaptive Xenons on my HSE seemed very low, not near high enough for driving at 50-60 mph without full beam. I haven't noticed ths before so my thoughts are that the adaptive setting might have got screwed up. Anyone else had this and any fix? I can't remember seeing it on the forum but at my age U forget these things.

Chances are you'll find there's nothing wrong with them, as the xenon beam has a fairly well defined maximum illumination point rather than the gradual bleed out to max that the halogens have they do give the impression of not being high enough. Try and compare them with a set of halogen lights

Cheer Slimer, will compare with Mrs DSL's halogens when it gets back from having new EPB box of tricks fitted.

TFC, the air suspension takes the strain and pain!! Back on diet after the excesses of Salisbury. Sad Sad

DiscoDunc, mud, not this one! She is roads only, have Mrs DSL's car to get muddy! It's a bit nose lighter now I've emptied the water out or the LR driving lamps & cleared the mud out of the rad & engine bay. Mind you I had more mud on the roof than underneath! Very Happy Very Happy
