Activating reverse camera

Hi all, does anyone know how to activate the reverse camera on a d3 using sdd I have modified the screen just need to activate it cheers

Did you ever figure this out?
I have mine connected up, done the rrmod and the camera shows in the secret menu but doesn't engage when I go into reverse?
