Accessory power sockets?

Anyone know if any of the power sockets (cigarette lighters) are permanently powered, or are they all linked to the ignition (there are 2 in the front, 1 in row two, and another in the load space)
Thanks

They are linked to the ignition mate, I use a portable fridge box in the boot and it switches off whe I turn the ignition off.

Not sure if you can over ride this, if so I would be interested!

Hope this helps

Cheers

Wiggs put up a post about bypassing the relay for the D3's aux sockets, I'd imagine that the D4 would be similar if not the same Smile

Is there some kind of standard delay then before this happens? I am sure the kids dvd player stayed on after turning off the ignigtion at a pit stop as the wife was concerned and unplugged it?

sure it doesn't have an in-built battery...? The one we use does.

Hi Dean, the power sockets remain powered after the ignition is turned off, not sure if there is a time out on them but as soon as you lock the D4, the power sockets turns off.
