When 4 wheel drive just isn't good enough, why not strap two LR's (D3 + 90) together !!!! wish I'd got a picture 
I know you shouldn't enjoy other peoples misfortune, but I've just had great fun pulling cars out of ditch's and up the hill next to my house. Police LR (Defender with road tires !!!! ??? !!!!) had trouble even pulling one, until we asked if he'd got the diff locked and even then took 4 people in the back to get traction
You could hardly stand on the road without sliding down it and the D3 performed fantastic, even on Pirelli Zero's !!!!
For anybody reading this who's considering buying a D3 or D4..... JUST DO IT !!! best vehicle I've owned by far !!!
