looks like you got a good deal there.
I've got a 1993 Avondale myself and it is still tip top.
bought old thinking if I end up not liking caravanning then no big loss but at least it has all the facilities i wanted.

Well got her home yesterday nice to tow , even swmbo is happy with it will start looking for a few nice extras for it ie solar panel , upgrade the radio cassette in it etc -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.
