are 32's possible without lift??

Basically, I only intend some gentle off road / laning with the new beast, so as the subject says can 32's be put on without a lift?

Also does anybody have any experience with these rods? https://www.jgs4x4.co.uk/adjustable-air-su...rt-da7531/

I have some questions about them

In nearly c. 50 years of LR ownership, and much off-road driving I have never found it necessary to fit over size wheels, although I do have a couple of sets of standard size wheels one with winter tyres & one with summer tyres.

Don't forget that you must advise your insurers of any modifications including non-standard wheels, lift rods etc..

Agree. Just get some decent AT tyres like Duratracs. You'll be amazed where it will go and what its capable of. Thumbs Up

Thanks for all the replies. Much appreciated. I'm not sure I'd feel confident using IID tools on it, but won't rule it out. As for where I'm going... Hopefully, Salisbury plain! So I want some quality rubber for this.

I would like an 18" rim preferably, and I know the PD1881 by compomotive will fit, but that's £1000 worth of wheel. But it opens up a lot of choice in tyre options. I will run 2 sets of wheels for it, street wheels, and off road wheels. But these are long terms goals. I don't expect to recognise them till well into next year.

Agreed, and an old cheap set of 19” rims to put them on. Salisbury Plain is pretty unforgiving on wheels & tyres, esp the flint. Big Cry
