Can the 2 part sump be removed in situ Iv taken off the steel part but I need to remove the aluminium part

Yes.
The plastic fan shroud needs removing fully.
The belt tensioner mount removing.
Then it can be slid up out the front
Also need to remove the stick tube slightly.
Turbo drain
2 metal pas rack pipes need loosening

Also remove a bolt from the AC compressor which requires a UJ socket.
