Does 265/70-17 on 17x8.0 ET 45 fit?

I'd like to buy this pair unless they're too big for Disco3. This Wheel / Tire size comparer shows no danger:

"Fenders: Package will stick out 15 mm (0.6'') farther. Acceptable for most cars." - Is it?

"Wheelwells: Will fill out the wheelwell by extra 21 mm. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider lower profiles or smaller rims" - WillMyth said that D3 can only take a total of tire and wheel of 31.5 inches diameter before it rubs. This pair results in 31.7 inches.

What do you think? Should I buy those? Question

I have 245/70-17 on my car . 265 does fit IIRC that is the standard size of the road tyre on 18 "
