Despite the fact that some of the above assumptions are wrong and fail to understand the overall JLR business (it doesnât revolve aound one model.....) you think selling more of the ÂŁ70-90k models and more of the ÂŁ80-100k models but âlessâ of the ÂŁ50-70k has JLR weeping into its beer......

Iâd have thought losing over ÂŁ4m a day would have at least have JLR shedding the odd tear into their beer. Letâs hope that they quickly turn things around.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

My d5 does everything the d4 did in a better, more advanced package...maybe the trick is to be more negative on the foreign rubbish and more positive about British?

S&P Global Ratings said it has reaffirmed 'B+' on Tata Motors' long-term issuer and issue credit ratings while keeping negative outlook due to high cash burn at its British arm Jaguar Land Rover, geopolitical risks such as Brexit and the US tariffs, and India's automotive market slowdown.

In any case the rating affects company WACC -> a worse rating means it costs more to borrow for Tata/JLR

The VWs are good looking cars. Not driven one but anyone I know who owns one is very happy with it.
The D5 is definitely a marmite car. I'm looking forward to the Defender coming out but worried it will have the usual Landrover build/customer service issues that I read about (although can't fault our dealer, they have been amazing both buying and servicing and fixing).My16 HSE Landmark - 2016 - Current. Hi Pollski
Since you are in Kent, like me I'm interested to know which dealership you refer to when you say you have had good service. Can you let us know?
ThanksGary
