2015 Discovery Sat Nav SD Card Open GPS Closed GPS Help
Hi everyone
I've just picked up my new discovery but the sat nav is giving
Me Funny messgage that suggests the SD card is missing.
Does anyone know where the SD card could be located on a 2015.
It's not the USB pen drive - I have one of the these. It's as if there is a SD card installed somewhere that has some initialisation data on it. On eBay there are people selling SD cards for 2015/16 models. But the dealers have no clue about them nor whether they go. One told me there could be a slot under the steering column or in the boot behind a panel.
Any help appreciated.

As far as I know there isn't a SD card slot on the MY2015, I haven't seen one on mine As far as I know when you upgrade maps it now comes on a usb drive.Cheers Ian

That's what I thought but there are for sure SD cards being sold for 2015 model
The car doesn't even try to read the memory stick with the maps on them
Looks like it needs something to initialise

There,s no SD card for 15MY, Discovery Sport does have, looks like the set up is for the Disco Sport and sat nav is wrongly configured, back to dealer.
