2015 D4 3.0 SDVS High Pitched Whistle

I have a high pitched whistle that increases with engine revs. Worse when pulling off from a cold start.
No fault codes and much lower when warmed up. I can't hear it when driving normal but Wife can.
Any ideas please of what to check for please.

Where do I find this hose to check for a split?
Is it easy to replace?
