The light may fit with a new grille... but are you sure the new grille will fit without a new front bumper? You might find the top of the 2014 bumper is profiled differently so the it's flatter and higher under the lights but drops down for the grille.
I'm very keen on the mod - with a black grille, but when I looked at the Frankfurt Motorshow car, I didn't think the 2014 grille would squeeze on a 2011 bumper?

If it helps, I have just parked near to a 2014 at Tesco's, and had a good close look. The lights are very similar, and the only bit that seems different is the curve radius on the main beam light. It LOOKS smaller on the 2014, but could be an optical illusion due to the smaller led light cluster inside. The bumper looks to have the same same top line under the grille. Its was dark, and I could not park next to it. Mirrors might fit too. It has some lovely SDV6 badges where the old repeaters were. DISCOVERY lettering looked quite big and bold.
