Hi,
My 2014 D4 HSE LUX satnav destination input isn't working. When I try to enter the destination by postcode, address etc the letters and numbers on the touchscreen are not selectable for some reason. This fault happened about 4 months ago but cleared overnight. Unfortunately this fault doesn't seem to 'self fix' now. I'm sure it's a software bug of sorts and would appreciate some guidance to fix. Do I need to reset anything in a ' hidden ' menu?

That's why I like this website. I was in Ireland last week and haven't changed the country back to UK........Very much appreciated.
