2014 D4 Model Spec's
Surely there must be an official announcement and details about to happen this month from LR regarding the 2014 D4 facelift models or is this just wishful thinking on my part On a mission to find the perfect Pork Pie. Just Found it (I think)..(Yes I have)

Nothing official yet, I'm still waiting for some news from the dealer in order to be able to proceed to ordering for a MY14 myself.
I remember people saying that the factory stops for two weeks and Sept 1st is the new start point with all the new facelifts etc.
If anyone knows something more, I'd be very interested as well....

The new MY is usually released around 1st September to coincide with factory shutdown but heard that it might be delayed this year until October or possibly November due possibly to launch of the New RR Sport.

They told me that if I decided to put an order for a MY13 I should do it till 5th Aug. So I really hope that Mark's info is not very accurate, otherwise

Probably going to order an MY14 too but I hate not knowing the spec or prices. Given the lead-time for D4s it is becoming a game of pot-luck as to what you get and what you are expected to pay.
It never seems fair that dealers take a deposit for a car with no fixed spec or price yet you are not free to walk away with the money if the deal becomes less palatable.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

I ordered my D4 hse last week and it arrived yesterday, exactly as I asked for, Orkney grey with black options pack.
Should hopefully pick it up today or tomorrow
Worried now as I didn't know they was face lifting it, hope it isn't too different d4 HSE in Corris Grey with Black options pack

10: 1......some alteration to the front lights
7 : 1....some alterations to the rearlights
5 : 1 some revison to the model line up....the HSE gets more toys (if there are any that can be fitted)...but will cost more
3 : 1 the whole range is made slimmer...rationalisation....or value engineering
2 : 1 another engine option...to take advantage of the F types.....will help to prove the units before the new Disco (maybe its a 5) vehicle
Evens.....some revisons inside by use of bolted / welded on pieces to dash to make it look different

.....the Current model is in either the last year or 18 months before the "new" car....changes made now keep people buying & test the market for the new oneBREXIT - done properly.

On a different thread, I mentioned that I had changed my deposit from a new RRS to a facelifted D4. The dealer called me today to say they would have the specs and prices by month end, so I should be able to configure it soon after.
