2011 Sat Nav screen digitiser needed

Hi, I have a fault with the digitiser part of the Sat Nav screen on my MY11 Discovery 4. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement part. C070VW02 V1 is the part number. Don't mind digitiser and tft screen if the price is reasonable.

I'm hoping there is someone out there who has a failed Sat Nav unit with a good screen.
