2008 Disco 3 front & rear arm replacement cost

Hi all, could you give me an idea on expected cost for above please? Car has done 130k now and I'm weighing up repair costs vs upgrade to a discovery 4. Thanks!

I wouldn’t want to give a price directly but look at the part prices on advanced factors or similar site, then add roughly two hours per wheel and you’ll be in the ballpark.

Thumbs Up

My indie quotes about 2k for 2 front lower arms, brakes and disks all round and a prop shaft. Sorry it's not more specific, but I think the most labour was on the arms.

Thanks all, it seems labour charge is the biggest factor. Considering a DIY with help of my bro who works in a garage

Get yourself a sawzall, some decent blades, keep the blades cool, and use the saw at 1/2 speed otherwise you will burn the blades out to quick.
New bolts as well.
Measure centre of old bolt head to a point on the chassis, and set new bolt to the same, will still need 4 wheel alignment.
Tighten the nut and NOT the bolt.

I (Warranty direct) paid £1800 for new front lowers and uppers, and rear upper arms last year. Main dealer price.
