Help and advice greatly received...Got this on friday from a local independent dealer so its got a 3 month warranty, done 120 miles and
1) the Battery light came on about 20 miles into a journey drove a further 40 or so with it on then it went out, on the way home it was off and then came on about 20- 30 miles in and stayed on.....
2) Manual car, put it in reverse back up til the sensors start pinging, take it out of reverse and into neutral and the sensors stay pinging, you have to put it into a forward gear to stop the sensors???
4) Front spot light fuse popped, changed it for another and that popped too, havent checked the bulbs as its dark and raining outside now,
any ideas, im not naive enough to think nowts going to break, but after 1 day.....

Point 4- I am sure there is wiring to the spots that wears and then shorts out. A common fault. Now driving BMW 330d Touring....misses D3...but not when at traffic lights

This is normal too chap, either engage another gear or the handbrake should turn it off. "The fate of the wounded lies in the hands of the one who applys the first dressing"
