My D3 is now about 16 months old and was looking a bit sad, you know - covered in mud, mudflaps hanging off, paint a bit scratchy, but Permagrin still intact.
It's just been in to Riders Landrover to have it's Enhancement & final clearup of silly little niggles (A pillar clip broken, coolant bottle, you know the stuff...) and when I went to pick it up I saw this Disco at the back of the carpark, gleaming and looking like new
Driving it home again it was just like having taken delivery of a brand new car - everything perfect 8) No messages, no squeaks, no rattles - Nothing!
40k miles - quite a few off road - and it's just like I've been given a brand new car again
... Think i've just gone into Permagrin stage II
Hope they don't find a cure! Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!

But more importantly, Dave, did you get a replacement mudflap? LeighW
The old girl is on her third engine...
* first ran a bearing (design failure in original engine)
* second had a failure of the water outlet on top of the engine (pls check yours)

Jeff, I honestly left Riders grinning from ear to ear - because...
Leigh, New mudflaps all fitted - I was so impressed that...
Cliff, I went straight to the dealer feedback page & gave them a plug
