He's a 16hh Welsh Cobb, previously employed pulling the cart of a Rag'n'Bone man. When he (the horse, not the R&B man) is in the horse trailer, the doors don't shut perfectly because things deflect under the load. He's so wide, the only person we can think of who can get their legs sufficiently apart to ride him is my sister-in-law*.
His stablemates are a 16 3 hh TB and a 6 mth Cobb rescued off the hills.
What's worse (in my (homophobic) eyes) is that the trailer is an Ifor Williams special edition that is lilac in colour and with alloy wheels. It is something Barbie and Ken would attach to their motorhome.

Which IW trailer do you have? Our HB510 takes our two with ease and one is a 16.2 registered Irish Draught.Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

Not having used it for a few weeks, the suspension on my RRS has gradually dropped (leaky rear valve). Whereas standard wheels/tyres would roll even with the suspension on the bump-stops, with these new tyres the wheel arches are sitting on the tyres = no go!

So that's why they're "off road wheels". If it goes wrong, you're off the road!
