| 105K mile service - what's not included |

My D3 went into the dealer this morning for it's 105K mile service. Only when handing the key over was I informed that the labour quote given to me of 4.8 hours doesn't include replacement of the rear belt. Supposedly the rear belt is never replaced (it's a separate task to any service) only checked as it doesn't cause any damage if it breaks - just leaves you stranded no doubt.
Is this bull  ????
I concerned they don't know what they are talking about as was also told the seat belt chimes can't be turned off as it is a safety item (guess they could be covering their backs here) and that a new blade could not be ordered for my spare key they have to order a whole key at £109 each + coding.
Any help before they call me later today telling me it is going to be ££££ more?

I was under the impression that the rear blet was changed at the same time as the front belt too...
The seat belt chime can be turned off. Its either with the ign. on, or with the engine running, buckle and release the drivers belt 10 times, within 10 or 15 secs i think... I seem to remember there being a thread on here before about it
And unfortunately, you cant just order a new blade, it is a whole key needed

"Renew Ancillary Drive belts" is standard operation in a 105K service A on a TDV6 and 150K (service B) on a Petrol. Arduous may be different
I would have thought the dealer should have quoted against the recomended service schedule
